Evaluation Information

 

DATE: Sunday, February 15^th – Specific times listed below.

Keystone State Sports

MUST COMPLETE BEFORE SUNDAY – Keystone Waiver

Instructions:

1. Create a profile
2. Sign the Waiver
3. You will receive a QR Code (found under “My Bond ID”)
4. Three options:
5. Save to Apple/Google Wallet
6. Take a screenshot of the QR Code
7. Scan at the front desk to Sign-in to your profile (make sure you save password)
8. You will show your QR Code to the front desk employee.

Timeline:

10U and Select 8U

• 1:30pm – Check In Begins 10u and Select 8u Athletes
  • Who should attend?
    • League Age 10U athletes – Born between September 1^st, 2014, and August 31^st, 2016
      • ALL 10U Athletes should attend
      • An Evaluation is required to be selected to the 10U Major team
    • 8U Athletes who would like to evaluate up and they meet the below requirements
      • Be born between September 1^st, 2016, and August 31^st, 2017
      • Played at least 1 year for CV 8U spring softball
    • 8U athletes born between September 1^st, 2017, and August 31^st, 2019, do NOT need to attend
• 2:00pm – Evaluations for 10U and 8U begin
• 3:30pm – Pitching and Catching evaluations for 10U and 8U athletes
• 4:00pm – 10u and 8u Evaluations conclude

12U and 14U

• 3:30pm – Check In Begins for all 12U and 14U athletes
  • Who should attend?
    • ALL registered 12U and 14U athletes
• 4PM – 6PM / 12U and 14U Evaluations
  • Born between September 1^st, 2010, and August 31^st, 2014
• 5:30pm – 6pm / Pitching and catching
• 6pm – 12U and 14U evaluations conclude

Equipment Needed:

• Glove
• Helmet with face mask
• Defensive fielding mask (different from helmet)
• Sneakers, turf shoes, or plastic cleats – Any option is appropriate

Suggested Equipment:

• Softball Bat
• Bottle of water
